   About DONNA HALE CHANDLER

Donna was born in Mt Hope, West Virginia.  She and her family moved to Ashland, Kentucky when she was quite small.

Ms. Chandler married her high school sweetheart and when he returned from Vietnam, they moved to Michigan.  While living in Michigan, they both worked and raised two children, Jeffrey and Heather.

Once retirement rolled around in 2004, Donna and her husband, Don, left Michigan and moved to Florida.  It was another new beginning for the couple and they were excited about the days ahead in the beautiful Sunshine State.

But, retirement together was short lived, Donna lost Don to cancer in 2006.

She still resides on the Florida Treasure Coast and makes frequent visits north to see her son, daughter, son-in-law, and two grand-dogs.

In 2008, Donna met Richard King, a published author himself.  He has brought sunshine into her days and laughter to her life.

Donna's favorite saying is:  Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.  She and Richard hope to dance their way straight into a happy future.
